Frequently asked questions
Short answers to common questions. Contact us if yours is not here.
Is the platform the carrier?
No. We operate the marketplace. The transport contract is between the shipper and the carrier who accepts the job.
Who pays the freight charge, and how?
The shipper pays the carrier directly under their agreement. The platform does not collect freight payments.
What does “verified” mean?
Our team has reviewed the company’s registration, licences and insurance documents and recorded an approval. Verification expires and can be suspended.
When can a carrier see my address?
Before booking, carriers see the city and postcode area. The exact address and contact details are shared with the carrier you book.
Can a quote change after I accept it?
No. Acceptance is tied to the exact revision on your screen and the agreed terms are stored with the booking.
Do you track vehicles?
Shipment updates are reported by the parties, or come from integrations that are clearly labelled. We do not invent positions or arrival times.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Either party can open a dispute with evidence. Our team reviews it and records an administrative outcome. This does not replace legal remedies between the parties.
Which languages are supported?
English, Turkish, Russian, Azerbaijani and the languages of the European and Balkan countries we serve. The site opens in your browser’s language and you can change it at any time; legal documents are in English and Turkish.
