How it works
A straightforward process for both sides, with the important steps recorded.
1. Set up your company
Register as a shipper or a carrier and complete your company profile. Carriers also declare their fleet, operating countries and lanes, and submit verification documents.
2. Post a load
Shippers describe the route, time windows, goods, equipment and special requirements, and set a quote deadline. Exact addresses stay private until a carrier is booked.
3. Carriers quote
Carriers see loads that match what they declared, with a clear explanation of the match. A quote is a firm offer for a period the carrier chooses.
4. Compare, negotiate, accept
Shippers compare quotes, ask for revisions and accept one. Acceptance creates the booking with exactly the terms on screen and closes the other quotes.
5. Run the shipment
The carrier records milestones and uploads proof of delivery. Both sides message each other and share documents on the booking.
6. Complete
The shipper confirms completion, or it completes automatically after a waiting period without a dispute.
