Our role
The platform is a marketplace operator. Transport contracts are concluded directly between shippers and carriers.
Service fee
A separate platform service fee applies to completed bookings according to the published fee policy in force when the booking is confirmed.
Accounts and verification
Users must provide accurate information. Verification reflects a review of submitted documents at a point in time.
Cancellations and disputes
Cancellation charges, liability allocation, claims and non-circumvention terms will be set out here after professional review.
